During his time in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Elberg served as the Chief of the Health Care & Government Fraud Unit. There, he led one of the country’s largest and most impactful healthcare units, supervising a team of 15 AUSAs and directing all of the Office’s criminal and civil investigations and prosecutions of healthcare fraud offenses.

Elberg currently holds the position of Faculty Director at the Center for Health and Pharmaceutical Law at Seton Hall Law School, where he teaches classes covering healthcare fraud and data analytics. In addition, he holds the title of Faculty Advisor for Seton Hall’s Healthcare Compliance Certificate programs around the world.
